Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 29 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the G’day Gateway website and services. By booking a call, signing an agreement, or using our fulfillment, ghost office, or market research services, you agree to the terms below.

01Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form an agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “the client”) and G’day Gateway (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, booking a consult, or engaging any of our services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you’re entering this agreement on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

02Our Services

G’day Gateway provides US market entry and fulfillment support for Asia-Pacific brands, including:

  • 3PL & Fulfillment — warehousing, pick & pack, returns, kitting, and relabeling.
  • Ghost Office — US address, phone number, and compliance registration support.
  • Market Research — assessment of US market fit before you commit to launch.
  • Everything Else — introductions to our vetted network of freight, customs, and tax partners.

The specific scope, pricing, and deliverables for your engagement will be confirmed separately, whether through a service agreement, order form, or written confirmation following your consult.

03No Order Minimums

Unlike many US 3PLs, we don’t require a minimum order volume to work with us. This applies to our own services; it doesn’t extend any minimum-free treatment to the independent freight, customs, or logistics partners we introduce you to, whose own terms and minimums (if any) apply separately.

04Your Responsibilities

To help us do our job well, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate product, inventory, and shipment information.
  • Ensure your products comply with applicable US import, safety, and labeling regulations.
  • Pay all fees owed under your service agreement on time.
  • Give us reasonable notice of changes to order volumes, product lines, or shipping requirements.

Compliance for your specific product category (labeling, safety certifications, restricted goods, etc.) is ultimately your responsibility. We’re glad to point you toward the right resources, but we’re not a substitute for qualified compliance or legal advice.

05Fees & Payment

Fees for our services are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the payment terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of active services until your account is brought current.

06Shipping, Loss & Damage

We take reasonable care in handling, storing, and shipping your goods. However, loss or damage can occasionally occur in transit or in storage. Where this happens, we’ll work with you and the relevant carrier or partner to resolve it, and any applicable liability will be handled according to the terms of your specific service agreement and the policies of the carrier or partner involved.

07Third-Party Partners

Some services — freight forwarding, customs clearance, tax filing, and similar — are provided by independent third-party partners in our network, not by G’day Gateway directly. Where we connect you with a partner, that partner’s own terms, pricing, and service levels apply to that portion of the work. We vet the partners we recommend but don’t guarantee their performance.

08Intellectual Property

Our website content, branding, and materials are owned by G’day Gateway and may not be copied or reused without permission. Any product information, branding, or materials you provide to us remain your property; we use them only as needed to deliver our services to you.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, G’day Gateway is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian or US consumer protection law.

10Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in line with the notice period set out in your service agreement. On termination, we’ll work with you on an orderly handover of any inventory held on your behalf, subject to settlement of any outstanding fees.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement between you and G’day Gateway.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. We’ll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and where changes are significant, we’ll let existing clients know directly.
